Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal and Priya Agarwal Hebbar, Non-Executive Director of Vedanta and Chairperson of Hindustan Zinc Limited, joined the esteemed gathering. The summit served as a pivotal platform for Vedanta to reaffirm its significant investment plans for Rajasthan, with a total commitment of Rs. 1 lakh crore. This investment will be instrumental in driving economic growth, creating new employment opportunities, and enhancing the overall socio-economic development of the state.
We have pledged a substantial contribution of Rs. 35,000 crores towards this ambitious goal. This investment will be strategically utilised to boost production, generating 5 lakh job opportunities, establishing 2500 Nand Ghars and expanding oil & gas capacity by 3 lakh barrels per day. These efforts will further strengthen our operations and continue to create a positive impact on the lives of communities in Rajasthan.
