Taking a meaningful step towards fostering open dialogue and deeper connections with our employees, we launched the inaugural session of Executive Leadership Unplugged: Real Conversations. Real Listening on August 28, 2025, in Gurgaon. The session, led by Chief Operating Officer Jasmin Sahurity, set the tone for this new initiative, creating a platform where leadership and employees can engage in candid conversations, exchange perspectives and strengthen mutual trust.
A select group of participants joined the session, where they had the rare opportunity to engage directly with Jasmin. The discussions were candid and open, touching on leadership, Cairn’s vision and the future direction of the company. The platform created a space where employees could voice their thoughts freely, fostering a culture of trust, transparency and collaboration.
Feedback from participants highlighted the success of the session. Many appreciated Jasmin’s openness and authenticity, which encouraged meaningful conversations and made it easy to connect on a personal level.
