In our effort to provide relief to birds from the summer heat, the Pakshi Amrit – Parinde Campaign was launched by Cairn CSR team in the presence of the District Collector of Barmer and other key government officials. As part of the campaign, 1,000 water and grain feeders for birds were handed over to the Animal Husbandry Department to be distributed in and around Barmer city.

Our Parinde Campaign, dedicated to supporting our feathered friends, spanned in four phases across Nana Ubda, Devbhumi Dwarka, and Viramgam in Gujarat as well. In collaboration with village Sarpanches, Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) officials, and over 100 ASHA workers, we distributed 250 water feeders, 150 food feeders, and 150 birdhouses. This initiative spread through 550 individuals ensured birds get access to water and food during the peak summer months. By fostering community involvement and environmental stewardship, the Parinda Campaign has significantly contributed to the well-being of local bird populations and heightened awareness about wildlife conservation.
