We are proud to share that our Suvali site has been awarded the Net Water Positive Impact certification (NWPI) by TUV SUD, aligning with Vedanta Aim 5 – Achieving Net Water Positivity. This recognition not only acknowledges our efforts to minimise fresh water consumption but also reflects our dedication to replenishing and preserving this vital natural resource.
Additionally, the Suvali site has become the first asset to recognise with Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL) by TUV SUD under Vedanta Aim 6 (99.96% of waste recycled/reused) – Innovating for a greener business model.
This achievement demonstrates our resolve to reduce waste generation and divert it away from landfills. Instead, we focus on recycling, reusing, or finding sustainable alternatives for waste management.
