CBOS-2, Suvali Onshore Terminal, has developed an in-house digitalised solution for the inspection and monitoring of tankers. This solution efficiently communicates any identified abnormalities to the respective transporters, facilitating timely action by them.
The mobile application enables the submission of daily inspections for a large number of tankers, allowing users to upload photographs and provide comments for any recorded abnormalities. Upon submission, the application automatically sends an email notification to the respective Department Head and Business Partners representatives. Additionally, the application features a function for generating a weekly dashboard for management review, assessing the roadworthiness of the tankers.
This application’s benefits extend beyond timely reporting of abnormalities; it also helps create a database for continual improvement in the road worthiness of the tankers.
