Recognising the power of sports in fostering teamwork, resilience, and camaraderie, Cairn introduced OJAS—Ravva’s first annual sports festival. Designed to bring employees and partners together in a spirit of healthy competition, the event embodied our core values through action and collaboration.
OJAS, the first annual sports festival at Ravva, kicked off in 2025 with tremendous energy and excitement. The event saw seven spirited teams compete, each representing one of our core values—Trust, Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Care, Integrity, Innovation, and Respect. Employees, business partners, and contract teams came together, united by a shared spirit of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
More than just a competition, OJAS was a vibrant celebration of unity and collaboration. Participants not only showcased their athletic talents but also built stronger connections, both professionally and personally. The atmosphere was electric, with every match reflecting the enthusiasm and commitment of those involved. After a series of thrilling contests, Team Excellence claimed the championship title, standing out for their exceptional performance and teamwork. OJAS 2025 left an enduring impression—bringing our values to life in an inspiring and dynamic way, while setting the tone for many exciting editions to come.
