Honouring the dedication and ingenuity of our engineers, we marked Engineers’ Day with an engaging session titled Nuts, Bolts & Brains. Teams of three, representing operators, supervisors, and managers, took part in a workplace-simulation exercise that mirrored real-world challenges, putting problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership to the test. The activity not only celebrated the talent and commitment of our engineers but also offered a fun and collaborative way to strengthen team spirit across the organisation.
