Seeds of Change Rajasthan

In our journey towards safeguarding the environment, we’ve planted the seeds of change across our operational landscapes. These green initiatives are part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and nurture the biodiversity that graces our operational areas.

In a rural area of Rajasthan, a green transformation began at Beri Wala Tala government school. About 250 plants were planted with the help of Beri Wala Tala Gram panchayat. These plants now adorn the village’s Government Senior Secondary Schools and Primary Health Centre.

What made this initiative special was the dedication of the students, who took care of the plants as if they were their own. The event was attended by Ayodhya Prasad Gaur and Harmeet Sehra, along with the Sarpanch and Pradhan. Around 450 students participated, painting a picture of hope.

Additionally, a similar green effort took place at the ITI campus in Barmer, where students and staff joined in tree planting.

IM Suvali Vishal Shah, the Jaya site team, CSR representatives, and two NGO partners worked together to plant 115 trees. This effort aimed not only to enhance the greenery but also to restore the natural balance.

These tree-planting activities represent our commitment to a greener and more sustainable world, where every tree symbolises our dedication to reducing our environmental impact and promoting a healthier environment.
