Cairn’s success is built on collaboration, transparency, and a shared sense of purpose. Our quarterly Town Halls serve as a strategic forum where leadership and teams come together to review performance, celebrate milestones, and chart the course ahead. By fostering open dialogue across all sites, these sessions ensure alignment with our business objectives and long-term vision.
Continuing this practice, Cairn hosted its 2nd Town Hall of FY26, uniting teams across all sites through a hybrid forum to reflect on the previous quarter and align priorities for the months ahead. Led by COO Jasmin Sahurity and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the session offered a comprehensive view of business performance, financial highlights of Q1 FY26 and the strategic roadmap for accelerated growth. The discussions highlighted Cairn’s strong commitment to safety, employee well-being and ethical practices, while also reinforcing the company’s zero-tolerance approach to POSH and any compliance violations.
A standout moment of the Townhall was the launch of AMBER, Cairn’s AI-powered Chief Listening Officer, designed to deepen employee engagement and feedback. Alongside this, the ELT unveiled the Cairn CSR Annual Report 2024-25, highlighting the company’s sustained commitment to community development and social impact. These initiatives not only mark progress in technology adoption and social responsibility but also reflect Cairn’s ethos of blending innovation with care for people and communities.
The Townhall also served as a platform to celebrate excellence. The CEO Awards recognised high-performing teams and leaders for their exceptional contributions in Q1 FY26, while the newly introduced Vedanta Value Champion Awards honoured individuals who exemplify the core values that define Cairn and Vedanta. Together, these recognitions reinforce a culture of performance with purpose, where business growth, safety, ethics and values converge to shape Cairn’s journey into its next phase of success.
