Aligned with our Chairman’s vision of empowering women, we launched ‘Gruh Udyog’, a home-based enterprise initiative in two pipeline villages through our Community Help Desk Centre program. Partnering with women’s self-help groups, we provided training and support for crafting eco-friendly, cost-effective home cleaning products. This innovation not only ensures quality but also boosts income opportunities for women, aligning with our commitment to livelihood improvement. In tandem, our Bharosa Awareness Program on World Mental Health Day fostered well-being discussions among women. Encouraging open dialogue and emphasising self-care, we aim to address mental health challenges often faced by women in their caregiving roles.
