The Cairn Enterprise Centre (CEC) in Barmer is doing more than just training youth, it’s transforming them into active contributors to their communities.

Through practical learning and community outreach, young trainees are gaining real-world exposure while solving local challenges. Take the Electrician batch for instance, they recently improved safety measures at the government school in Lalanion Ki Dhani. Meanwhile, DDEO trainees have been supporting digital inclusion by assisting at 10 e-Mitra and kiosk banking points across the region.

These experiences are far more than classroom exercises, they’re building confidence, technical skills and community trust. With every initiative, CEC is not only shaping careers but also positioning itself as a beacon of opportunity, empowerment and local change.
