Building skills and confidence can transform lives, and Cairn’s latest initiative brought this vision to Barmer. A 3-day Upskilling Program at Jan Hit Kari Girl Hostel reached over 50 women, offering 30 hours of focused learning on Soft Skills, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Awareness.
By expanding access to new skills, the program has enabled participants to embrace independence. It strengthens their digital readiness and prepares them for future opportunities. It is a step forward in helping women contribute meaningfully to society while creating a brighter and more sustainable future for themselves and their communities.
