The pass-out ceremony at Kawas was a celebration of resilience and new beginnings, as 30 women from the beautician batch stepped into brighter futures. The event also marked the launch of a beauty parlour owned by trainees Ms. Kanchan Ji, Ms. Gayatri, and Ms. Renuka, a testament to the power of self-employment. Since opening, they have built a loyal customer base, earning ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month. To support women in their learning journey, a crèche facility was introduced, ensuring they can upskill without worry.

The masonry batch graduates put their training into action by repairing the Cairn Enterprise Center (CEC) building, demonstrating their expertise and commitment. Now employed across nearby villages, they earn ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, reinforcing the impact of hands-on skill development. Cairn’s initiative continues to drive financial independence and create sustainable livelihoods, fostering a future where communities thrive through opportunity and empowerment.
