Our Vedanta Values are the true heartbeat of our organisation, guiding every decision and shaping its culture. When employees embody these values, they don’t just inspire others, they set the standard for excellence. At Cairn, our values are more than words; they are the foundation of who we are and how we work. To recognise and honor those who truly bring these values to life, we introduced the Vedanta Value Champions program, a quarterly recognition initiative that celebrated seven exceptional employees, each embodying one of our core Vedanta Values.
Unveiled at the Cairn Quarterly Townhall, the program shone a spotlight on individuals who consistently lead by example and inspire colleagues and partners alike. From integrity and respect to innovation and entrepreneurship, these champions are living proof of how values shape culture, strengthen collaboration and drive performance across the organisation.
This quarter, we proudly congratulate our champions: Rana Kar (Integrity), Graham John Richardson (Respect), Kritika Jain (Excellence), Sandhya Rai (Care), Manish Dutt Kothiyal (Innovation), Parul Verma (Trust) and Prashant Dixit (Entrepreneurship).
