The Bhagyam field, which started its journey on January 19, 2012, stands as a shining example of what we can achieve when we strive together. Over 84 million barrels of oil have flowed from this field, exceeding expectations and securing its place in India’s energy story. From technological breakthroughs like the 24-inch Bhagyam to MPT trunkline to achieving an awe-inspiring 7.5 million LTI-free man-hours, Bhagyam embodies progress fueled by the determination of its people. On March 24, 2025, as we celebrated thirteen extraordinary years, it wasn’t just about numbers, it was about honouring the challenges faced, the innovations pioneered, and the shared spirit that kept us moving forward.
At Aishwariya, twelve years have passed since we began production, bringing forth over 89 million barrels of oil. This journey has been enriched by projects like the Aishwariya Barmer Hill initiative and ESP upsizing efforts that have fortified its capabilities. But what truly defines Aishwariya is the relentless dedication of our teams, business partners, and contractors, whose belief in this asset’s future has driven it to stand tall as a symbol of perseverance. And then there’s RGT, our transformative story. From its humble beginnings in 2010, it has evolved into one of India’s largest private onshore gas producers, now processing ~245 MMSCF/day. Every step of its growth, whether it’s the RDG plant or the exploration of Kaam Shale Gas, tells a tale of bold ambition and meticulous execution. With six safety awards to its name this year, RGT is not just a facility, it’s a movement toward a safer, more sustainable future for India’s energy landscape.
