This year, Cairn conducted the CAFE Awards ceremony at MPT, Barmer. This award ceremony is an annual tradition at Cairn, aimed at acknowledging and rewarding exceptional performance across different roles and functions.
This year’s ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Mr Vinayak (Director – RJ North), Mr. Bharat Singh Shekhawat (Director – RJ Assets), Mr. Koushlendra Singh (Interim Director, Drilling and Wells, RJ), Mr. Vinay Mathur (Head Operations – RJ North), Mr. Hitendra Patel (Deputy Head – Operations), Mr. Shailesh Karnavat (Head Maintenance), Mr. Ashish Kumar Gupta (Head Projects and Facilities), Mr. Avinash Bohra (Head Wells and PE Ops), and Mr. Balwant Singhdeo (CHRO).
