Together with the local community, we celebrated the festival by sharing gifts like slates, chalk, and alphabet books. It was all about encouraging joyful learning and sparking curiosity among the children. We also distributed Poshan Packs to boost their health and nutrition, making sure every child had a bright, nourishing, and truly meaningful Diwali.

To celebrate Gandhi Jayanti, our team in Jorhat brought this belief to life by hosting an inter-school quiz competition. The quiz was all about learning, curiosity, and celebrating India’s incredible heritage.

Students from 12 local schools, a total of 44 enthusiastic participants, came together to test their knowledge across themes like Indian history, economic development, and our nation’s political landscape. The room was filled with wonderful energy where young contestants showed immense confidence, passion, and a real spark towards learning about India’s journey. We were proud to recognise the top performers with awards to honor their hard work and excellence.

The competition successfully achieved a greater goal: it helped instill core values like awareness, patriotism, and informed citizenship in our young participants. We believe that nurturing these bright, confident minds is one of the most essential ways we can contribute to India’s future.

Cairn has proudly added over 15,000 registrations through the Step Set Go app, with 6,000 coming directly from communities, including Nand Ghars, schools, colleges, partners, and local institutions. Taking this mission further, a community-level virtual marathon has been launched to add more kilometers and amplify the impact.

Because every kilometer and every step brings us closer to the goal, 5 million registrations = 5 million Poshan Packs, a powerful step towards a hunger-free future.
