Every tree planted is a step towards a greener tomorrow and every thoughtful act reminds us of the values we hold dear. Blending care for the environment with deep respect for mothers, Cairn continues to create initiatives that leave a lasting impact. As part of the Hariyalo Rajasthan campaign, a special tree plantation initiative titled “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” was recently organised at Government Medical College, Barmer, in collaboration with BJSS. The program aimed to celebrate motherhood while promoting environmental sustainability, creating a meaningful connection between care for nature and respect for mothers.

During the drive, 100 saplings were planted across the campus, each symbolising gratitude, love, and responsibility. This unique initiative encouraged participants and the community to reflect on the importance of nurturing both the environment and the people who nurture us, fostering a sense of collective responsibility for a greener future.

Beyond planting trees, the initiative served as an inspiring reminder that small actions can create a lasting impact. By honouring mothers through the gift of nature, the program reinforced values of care, stewardship and environmental consciousness, motivating everyone involved to contribute actively towards a sustainable and flourishing planet.
