In October, we proudly opened our doors to 25 bright new minds through our Campus Hiring Program (FY 2025–26)! This isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about strengthening our talent pipeline and doubling down on our commitment to building India’s energy future.
Our new batch is full of fresh ideas, energy, and curiosity, recruited from prestigious institutions such as ISM Dhanbad, NITs, MIT Pune, and MNIT Jaipur. They include 19 Graduate Engineers, 4 Graduate Trainees, and 2 Management Trainees in Digital, covering essential fields from Petroleum and Mechanical to Safety and Chemistry.
Their exciting journey kicks off with BOLD – Barrels of Learning Per Day, our flagship one-year program. BOLD is designed to turn these young professionals into well-rounded leaders through cross-functional experience, mentorship, and intensive training.
As they begin their careers, they carry forward our shared vision: to power India’s energy self-reliance through innovation, purpose, and people.
