Since beginning her journey in 2015, AMBER has collaborated with leading organisations across industries, helping them foster inclusive and empathetic workplaces. Now at Cairn, she will work closely with our leadership and HR teams, sending periodic check-ins to employees and surfacing insights around wellbeing, engagement and team dynamics. Through AI-driven analysis, AMBER identifies patterns and potential concerns such as burnout or disengagement, allowing timely interventions and meaningful action.
