Cairn’s CSR initiatives continue to bring meaningful change by empowering communities and fostering sustainable development. Every visit from distinguished leaders adds perspective, validation, and encouragement to keep driving this mission forward. Retired IAS officers Usha Sharma and Ganjanand Sharma, along with Anupam Nidhi, Group Head- CSR, Vedanta, recently visited Cairn’s CSR initiatives to experience their impact on the ground. The visit offered an opportunity to see how community-centric programs are bringing about meaningful change at the grassroots level.
During their interactions, the leaders engaged with Nand Ghar students, Anganwadi workers, Jiji Bai entrepreneurs, as well as CEC students and alumni. These conversations highlighted how innovative solutions are addressing local challenges while creating sustainable, high-impact outcomes in areas such as education, women empowerment, skill development and community well-being.
