On July 16, 2025, the West Coast Business Unit (SBU) came together for its much-anticipated quarterly Townhall, an afternoon marked by recognition, inspiration and a shared vision for the road ahead. Held with enthusiasm and attended by a full house, the event brought employees together in an atmosphere of celebration and connection. The presence of senior leadership, including our COO – Jasmin Sahurity and SBU Director- West Coast – Avinash Kumar, added a strong note of significance and energy to the gathering.
With Q1 targets successfully met, the Townhall began on a note of appreciation. The leadership team extended heartfelt congratulations to employees across the board, applauding their dedication, resilience and collaboration in achieving business goals. Their words resonated deeply, reminding all attendees that behind every milestone lies the strength of a united team. The recognition wasn’t limited to metrics, it was about people and the collective spirit that drives Cairn forward.
This Townhall wasn’t just a look back, it was a call to action. With the next quarter on the horizon, the leadership turned its gaze to the future, encouraging employees to think beyond routine responsibilities and explore roles and projects that align with their personal passions and aspirations. Emphasis was placed on ownership, innovation and voluntary initiative on stepping up, leaning in and shaping one’s own path. Employees were inspired to see themselves not just as part of a process, but as catalysts for transformation.
As the session came to a close, the atmosphere was charged with clarity, conviction and a deep sense of belonging. The Townhall went beyond updates and metrics, it became a catalyst for renewed purpose and collective drive. Employees walked away not just informed, but inspired, ready to take on the next quarter with greater ownership, alignment and energy. It was a moment where individual potential connected with a shared mission, setting the tone for impactful progress across the West Coast SBU.
