At Cairn, we believe that true sustainable progress begins with opportunity. Our commitment to community empowerment continues to shape resilient and ‘aatmanirbhar’ communities especially across the Barmer district. Since 2023, we have proudly supported the Team Barmer Summer Camp, a flagship initiative dedicated to building vocational skills and boosting confidence among girls and women in the region. This partnership reflects our vision of creating meaningful social impact by unlocking the potential of every individual through learning and livelihood-focused interventions.

This year, the 40-day Summer Camp held from May 20 to June 22, 2025, witnessed an inspiring turnout of over 1,600 girls and women from various corners of the region. For many, it was a first step into a world of learning, creativity and self-expression. The energy across the camp was palpable filled with curiosity, collaboration and the joy of acquiring new skills. For some, it was the first time holding a needle, writing in English or stepping into a dance circle, for others it was a platform to sharpen skills they already held now guided by expert trainers.
