Resilience is more than a value; it is how we work. It’s the Cairn way. In May, when our nation stood at a crossroads, over 150 dedicated employees across RJ North and South demonstrated what true commitment looks like. Their ability to respond with agility, responsibility and strength ensured that our operations remained uninterrupted, business continuity was upheld and the trust of our stakeholders remained steadfast. Their efforts were quiet yet powerful testament to a team that leads not just by instruction but by instinct and purpose.
To recognise this unwavering spirit, a special ceremony was held at RJ North where leaders including Jasmin Sahurity- Chief Operating Officer, Mandeep Narang- Chief Production Officer and Parul Verma-Deputy CHRO came together to honour those who went beyond the call of duty. Their appreciation extended to all who stepped up upholding Vedanta’s core values of integrity, strength and unity. At RJ South, the spotlight was on our security team whose performance during Operation Sindoor, the prevention of theft attempts and support during the MAS audit stood as examples of vigilance and professionalism. A heartfelt ceremony at RGT acknowledged their vital role in safeguarding not just assets but the trust we place in each other.
These moments remind us that in times of uncertainty, it is our people who define the strength of our organisation. By recognising their contribution, we reaffirm a culture that values courage, accountability and unity in action.
