To observe World No Tobacco Day, a poster-making competition was held at Madhya Nakachari High School, Mybelia, Assam bringing students together in a creative dialogue around a serious issue. The young participants poured their thoughts onto paper designing posters that powerfully captured the harmful effects of tobacco. Each creation was a personal interpretation- thought-provoking, heartfelt and deeply reflective of the student’s growing awareness.

Following the competition, an engaging awareness session was conducted to deepen understanding about the risks of tobacco consumption. Students listened attentively as the session highlighted the long-term health impacts and encouraged healthier lifestyle choices. The interactive discussion aimed not just to inform but also to equip students with the knowledge they need to resist harmful habits and influence their peers positively.
