On May 27, we hosted the first employee Town Hall of FY26, uniting teams across sites and offices under our shared vision for the future. Under the renewed theme ‘LEAP to Success’, the in-person Town Hall created an energising platform where employees came together to align with the company’s strategic direction. The leadership team set the tone for a fast-paced year ahead, reiterating business goals and the pathway toward sustainable growth.
The session featured impactful addresses from senior leaders, starting with Hitesh Vaid, CFO, who provided key insights into the financial performance of the previous quarter and outlined the business blueprint for the coming year. He was joined by Sam Algar, Chief of Exploration; Graham Richardson, Chief Development Officer and Pravin Kumar, Director – Projects. Together, they showcased the momentum behind critical growth initiatives and underscored the expectations that will define Cairn’s success trajectory.
Operational excellence took center stage as Mandeep Narang, Chief Operating Officer, highlighted the operational achievements and focus areas in ensuring safe and efficient operations. Neha Guha, Deputy General Counsel, brought attention to the company’s unwavering focus on ethics and compliance – pillars that remain central to Cairn’s values and decision-making processes.
The Town Hall was also a moment of celebration as high-performing teams were honoured with the prestigious CEO Awards for their exceptional contributions in Q4FY25. With powerful stories, inspiring recognition and a renewed sense of purpose, the Town Hall served as a defining milestone, strengthening our collective commitment to excellence and setting the stage for another impactful year ahead.
