At Cairn, safety is more than just a protocol, it is a promise. A promise we make to every individual who steps onto our sites, and to every family that trusts us to bring their loved ones home safely.
On March 25, 2025, this commitment was reaffirmed during a Safety Townhall held at RJ North and South, where teams gathered not just to discuss safety practices but to strengthen our shared responsibility toward creating a secure and resilient work environment.
Led by the Cairn Executive Leadership Team along with site leadership and senior officials from our business partner workforce, the townhall was a space for open dialogue on the importance of workplace safety, wellbeing, and operational excellence. Key takeaways focused on proactive safety interventions, reinforcing a culture of accountability and recognising the everyday heroes who make safety their top priority.
The gathering also carried a moment of deep reflection and respect. We stood in silence and honoured the memory of a business partner worker who tragically lost his life in Bhagyam in February, 2025. His passing is a heartfelt reminder of the deep responsibility we all share, to look out for one another, to remain ever vigilant and to uphold the highest standards of safety, so that every individual, in every role, returns home safely. As we move forward, the message remains clear and unwavering: Stay Vigilant. Stay Safe. Together we don’t just transform the planet, we protect the people building it.
