Guided by a deep commitment to safety, Cairn fosters a culture where protecting people and communities is a shared responsibility, not just a standard. In observance of National Fire Service Week from April 14 to April 20, 2025, we conducted a Fire Safety Awareness Program across the Barmer region, reaching over 1,350 individuals. From school children and college students to women at Jiji Bai Centres, trainees from the Cairn Enterprise Centre and the local farming community. This initiative brought people together with one common goal, protecting lives through knowledge and preparedness.
The week-long programme blended theory and live demonstrations, teaching practical fire prevention techniques and emergency response skills. More than just information sharing, it ignited a sense of confidence and responsibility among participants by equipping them to act swiftly and safely when it matters the most. With every session, we moved a step closer to building a resilient, informed and safety-conscious community because when we empower people with awareness, we protect not only homes and livelihoods but the future itself.
