As we step into FY 2025–26, we proudly unveil the Cairn Diversity Newsletter, a reflection of our journey in building a workplace where every individual is valued, empowered and inspired to thrive. This year’s newsletter highlights the strides we’ve made in advancing our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, from enhancing representation in leadership to expanding hiring across diverse groups and redefining equity in traditionally male-dominated sectors. Our policies and practices are rooted in respect, zero tolerance for discrimination and accountability.
