India’s Republic Day is a momentous occasion that celebrates the nation’s democratic values and unity. Cairn, staying true to its commitment to national pride and community engagement, commemorated India’s 76th Republic Day with enthusiasm across its various locations.
At RJ North, South, and the East Coast, the national flag was hoisted with pride, symbolising our collective commitment to the nation. Security personnel were honoured for their dedication and service as a token of appreciation. The sight of the tricolour waving against the sky instilled a deep sense of patriotism among all present.
On the West Coast, a special ceremony was organised to recognise the contributions of security personnel and business partner employees. HSE awards were presented to those demonstrating exemplary best practices. Additionally, our representatives attended a flag-hoisting ceremony at Hazira village school as honorary guests, bringing gifts for the children and reinforcing our commitment to community engagement.
The Corporate Office celebrated the occasion with a special lunch and vibrant tricolour-themed decorations. Patriotic music resonated throughout the office, creating a festive and unifying atmosphere.
A Republic Day quiz was also conducted, engaging employees across all Business Units in an interactive and educational activity that deepened their understanding of this historic day.

In Barmer, Cairn actively participated in the Republic Day celebrations at Adarsh Stadium, showcasing a tableau-themed “Samridhi ke Saathi.” This tableau highlighted our dedication to community welfare and sustainable development through collaborations with key government initiatives, including ICDS (Nandghar – early childhood education), Rashtriya Kaushal Vikas Nigam (skill development), Mukhyamantri Mangala Pashu Bhima Yojana (dairy support), and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (women’s empowerment). These initiatives contribute to regional advancement by supporting education, livelihoods, agriculture, and gender equality.
In Assam, Republic Day was commemorated at our operational sites in Hazarigaon and Naginijan, as well as at the warehouse, with flag-hoisting ceremonies and the distribution of sweets. Further celebrations occurred at Madhya Nakachari High School in Naginijan, fostering community participation and engagement.
Flag-hoisting ceremonies were held at various locations, including the Skill Development Centre (Cairn Enterprise Centre – CEC), Cairn Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in Jodhpur, schools, and local communities. Activities such as sports competitions, speeches, quizzes, and drawing contests were organised to inspire and involve students. These celebrations positively impacted over 500 beneficiaries, reinforcing the values of unity, progress, and national pride.
We remain committed to fostering a sense of community and patriotism, honouring the spirit of Republic Day while contributing to the nation’s growth and development.
