Cairn’s vibrant culture was on full display during Onam, a joyous festival honoring King Mahabali’s return. This occasion strengthened our team spirit and celebrated our Indian roots.
Onam, a harvest festival steeped in tradition, is marked by colourful decorations, traditional dances, and sumptuous feasts. We embraced the spirit of Onam by organising a special celebration showcasing our workforce’s rich cultural heritage.
Our office premises were adorned with intricate Pookalams and floral carpets symbolising the mythical King Mahabali’s golden throne. The air was filled with the joyous sounds of traditional music and dance as employees from various departments and backgrounds came together to celebrate. We embraced this spirit of unity by organising a special Onam dinner for our employees.
We are proud to have a diverse workforce representing various cultures and backgrounds. Our Onam celebrations were a testament to this diversity. As we move forward, we are inspired by the spirit of Onam to continue fostering a workplace that values inclusivity and respects the rich tapestry of cultures that make up our team.
