At the core of our operations, safety remains our steadfast priority. To safeguard our team members and maintain the integrity of our processes, we launched a comprehensive Process Safety Awareness Campaign throughout August 2024. This initiative was designed to underscore the critical importance of robust process safety management.
The campaign focused on several key areas to enhance safety. We aimed to prevent and control potential events that could lead to the release of hazardous materials and energy by implementing stringent measures. We also concentrated on maintaining the integrity of our operating systems and processes through meticulous design, engineering, and operational practices. Furthermore, thorough risk assessments were conducted to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
The campaign featured several notable highlights. It was inaugurated jointly by leading figures from Cairn, HAL Offshore, and S.Mark, marking a significant collaborative effort. The campaign’s reach was extensive, impacting over 1,200 personnel across various RJ North Projects and Operations work areas. Additionally, outstanding staff and workmen were recognised for their exemplary safe work practices and performance in a spot quiz contest.
Through this campaign, we successfully heightened awareness about process safety and reaffirmed our commitment to fostering a safer and more resilient workplace.
