Leading the Digital Wagon and ensuring that Cairn pioneers in being the digital and tech savvy organisation, our digital team recently launched an ambitious Generative AI program, CairnAI, to ensure Cairn remains at the industry’s cutting edge. This initiative identifies champions from every internal function who will drive this transformational technology from a user perspective.
The digital team has conducted workshops on Generative AI, featuring sessions from both internal and external experts, tailored for the GenAI champions. These interactive sessions have provided practical insights into how GenAI can revolutionise industries, showcasing the technology’s potential to generate text, images, and code. This hands-on experience foster creativity and problem-solving skills among the participants. In collaboration with Gartner, the Cairn Digital team has developed expert-led sessions to create a comprehensive GenAI roadmap. This initiative will be followed by dedicated brainstorming sessions to identify disruptive use cases across the organisation, ensuring we harness the full potential of Generative AI.
