Cairn’s flagship youth building institute, Cairn Enterprise Centre (CEC) organised various awareness sessions in July to empower students with the knowledge and the courage to chase their dreams.
World Youth Skills Day at Barmer Townhall
Barmer Town Hall buzzed with energy as over 400 young minds and 20+ stakeholders converged for World Youth Skills Day. People shared this vibrant gathering with similar visions of empowering the next generation and building leaders of tomorrow. As the day unfolded, it became clear that this was more than just an event; it was a catalyst for change.
At ‘Kaushal ke Rang, Yuvaa ke Sang’ event, we unveiled ‘Empowering Barmer’s youth for a better tomorrow’ – a special booklet featuring30 success stories from our skill project, reflecting the tangible impact of our efforts on individual lives and the community. We also took the center stage to announce the 2nd Batch of our Beautician course which empowers women and promotes economic independence.
The attendees benefited from insightful sessions on communication skills delivered by communications expert M.r Arvind Bhatt, along with an ‘Artificial Intelligence’ session by Cairn’s Ishaan Nirmal from Digital—IT, and Cybercrime awareness sessions. The day also included a fun quiz about Cairn, various cultural dance performances, and an alumni connect session. This event highlighted Cairn’s commitment to community development, empowering youth, and fostering skill enhancement in Barmer.
Awareness Programme on Entrepreneurship
On the forefront of upskilling the youth of Barmer, we also organised an awareness session on startup initiatives led by the Department of Information Technology and Communication, Government of Rajasthan for our students at CEC.
The session was a beacon of hope for those eager to carve their path in the business world.
This program wasn’t just about business plans and profit margins. It was about igniting a fire within these young minds, urging them to dream big, think differently, and create something extraordinary. The room echoed stories of success, failure, and resilience – all essential ingredients for the entrepreneurial journey.
