Cairn recently welcomed a distinguished delegation from the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) to our Jaya onshore field in Gujarat’s Bharuch district. Not only is Jaya India’s first Open Acreage Licensing Policy (OALP) block to start production, but it’s also a testament to Cairn’s vision of securing India’s energy future.
The DGH team, led by Mr Ajai Kumar Sharma (HoD, HELP), Mr Anurag Chaudhary (CM, Geophysics), Ms Hymavathi Dharma Surya (CG, Safety), and Mr Pradyumn Pandey (SE, Production), got a firsthand look at the two operational well sites, YMW 1 and SW 1.
Cairn’s senior leaders and the dedicated Jaya field team didn’t just showcase the success of field CB-ONHP-2017/2; they also shared their vision for the future of “Greater Jaya.” This glimpse into Cairn’s innovative approach to development underscored our unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of energy production in India.
