June at Cairn was all about inner peace and rejuvenation! To celebrate International Yoga Day, we rolled out a month-long program under the theme “Yoga for Self and Society.”

Over 200 employees and contract staff embraced the opportunity to unwind and de-stress with our one-hour yoga sessions. These sessions were more than just stretching. They included gentle asanas, focused breathing exercises, and calming meditation, all expertly guided by our experienced instructors.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive! Participants left feeling emotionally and mentally refreshed, raving about the chance to disconnect from the daily grind and find inner peace.

But our commitment to well-being went beyond the yoga mat. As part of our ongoing wellness program, we also offered a variety of sessions throughout the month. These sessions focused on imparting valuable knowledge about holistic well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects.
