As a part of our ongoing business plan roll-out, meetings were held at various sites. On  May 1, 2024, a BU Coastal town hall was conducted at Suvali, followed an impactful Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) training sessions for our employees as well as business partners. These sessions marked a significant step towards fostering a workplace culture based on respect and inclusivity.

The in-person sessions focused on our collective responsibility to create a safe and nurturing environment for all employees and contract workforce. Participants engaged in meaningful exchanges and gained valuable insights into the necessity and importance of POSH, reinforcing our commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace.
