In the heart of Rajasthan, our Mobile Health Vans (MHV) set up under the project Aarogya have become a crucial medium to bring hope and healing to the underprivileged in the area. The initiative helps set up regular health camps in remote areas, providing essential healthcare services to those who need them the most.
The initiative further offers free diagnoses and consultations with Gynaecologists, Orthopedicians, and General Physicians. To assess the problem better and to ensure good health, these camps are also equipped to conduct important tests for haemoglobin, sugar levels, and blood pressure.
Over the past months, 265 OPDs have been conducted, which has significantly contributed to improving health outcomes and raising awareness about preventive healthcare practices amongst the community. In line with our vision, our mission for this project is to build a healthier, disease-free society, one camp at a time.
Celebrated on May 1 each year, International Labour Day is a stark reminder of the efforts and dedication of our staff who are committed to drive development and growth for the organization. On such a momentous occasion, we honored the dedication of our 62 hardworking housekeeping staff at the District Hospital, Barmer. Often the unsung heroes behind the scenes, these individuals work tirelessly day in and day out to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Their efforts go beyond mere maintenance; they create a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff alike.
In a heartfelt ceremony, we celebrated their remarkable contributions and their relentless efforts, recognising their vital role in helping us earn accolades from state and district administrations. Their dedication is a true testament of our core values, also reflecting on the importance of their role in the overall functioning of the hospital.
With our mission to provide quality care to all who walk through our doors, we are committed to supporting our staff in creating such goodness.
Under our vision of empowering communities, our Self-Help Groups associated with us under Project Harit Dhara, have established a production unit for sanitary napkins, stepping towards self-reliance. The spirit of community entrepreneurship brings our efforts to fruition and brightens our hearts with joy and enthusiasm. This initiative not only promotes health but also economic independence. By fulfilling regular orders, these rural women generate additional income, paving the way for a brighter and more self-sufficient future.
These activities, conducted as a part of our healthcare efforts for our communities strengthen our grounds towards fulfilling our vision of ‘Transforming Communities’.
