To enhance the well-being and comfort of our female colleagues, our Gurgaon Office has installed a modern sanitary napkin machine. This initiative ensures easy access to high-quality pads and proper disposal within the office premises. Additionally, all sanitary waste will be recycled, aligning with our ESG commitment.

By prioritising menstrual hygiene support, we aim to cultivate a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and accommodating to all employees. This initiative reflects our dedication to promoting gender equality and fostering a conducive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to excel.

Through such measures, we continue to set new standards in workplace inclusivity and care, reinforcing our commitment to creating a positive and equitable corporate culture.
