Our Aishwariya field celebrated its 11th anniversary of successful operations at RJ North on March 23, marking a significant milestone in the journey towards building an Aatmanirbhar Bharat. Since 2013, Cairn has embarked on a journey to develop the Mangala Bhagyam and Aishwariya (MBA) fields, showcasing continuous growth and maturity in understanding the basin to enhance production from the Rajasthan block.
The Aishwariya field has exceeded all expectations, producing over 83 million barrels of oil to date, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams. Numerous growth projects, including Aishwariya Barmer Hill (ABH) phase 3, Lower Fatehgarh polymer flood project, and multiple ESP upsizings, have contributed to our sustainable growth over the years.
This milestone signifies the culmination of collective efforts from the entire Cairn team, business partners, and contractors, who have overcome various challenges and constraints to contribute to our growth.
Meanwhile, the 14th Raageshwari Gas Terminal Day, observed on March 26 was celebrated by a sports festival spanned over 10 days from March 11 – 21, 2024, fostering unity and innovation among employees and partners. The sports fest featured various games such as box cricket, badminton, table tennis, and football, engaging approximately 200 participants.
The active participation in the sports fest showcased skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship, fostering a sense of healthy competition and camaraderie among the participants. The grand finale on March 26, 2024, saw leaders including RJ South Director, Shailendra Jetley and RJ South CFO, Ruchika Gupta sharing words of encouragement.
The celebration also highlighted in-house talents through performances in arts and culture, including poetry, adding a touch of creativity and artistry to the event. A live band provided a musical backdrop, enhancing the ambiance for the attendees.
The evening concluded with a delightful gastronomical treat and a ceremonial cake cutting, symbolising unity and togetherness among employees, business partners, and family members.
Both Aishwariya Day and RGT Day celebrations exemplify Cairn’s commitment to achieving milestones, fostering unity, and celebrating success amidst challenges, reflecting the spirit of resilience and collaboration within the organisation.
