Cairn Oil & Gas, in collaboration with Schlumberger, organised the HSE Workshop-II on December 11, 2023, centred around the theme “Workforce HSE Competency: A Critical Control in Accident Prevention.”
Chaired by Steve Moore, Deputy CEO, Cairn Oil & Gas, and attended by Cairn senior leadership, Vinay Malhotra, MD-SLB along with global SLB senior leadership team, the workshop included management executives from various business partner organisations.
The key points highlighted during the workshop were:
- The significance of workforce HSE competency in ensuring a safe and accident-free workplace.
- Promoting opportunity for identification & strengthening the gaps in safety management system among business partners.
- Emphasising the adoption and implementation of technology & digitalisation to enhance HSE performance.
The workshop was attended by 23 of our key business partners in person & virtual.
