We are happy to share that Cairn Oil & Gas has won the Diversity award hosted by the Human Resources Association of India. This is testimony to an entrepreneurial and a startup approach under the guidance of our Vice Chairman, towards enhancing diversity.
In 2017, we hired 250 women across various SBUs and functions. This marked the start of our commitment to diversity. Through innovative learning, inclusive policies, and empowering roles, we’ve nurtured a thriving culture of equity and inclusion.
